Now in their thirteenth year, the Retas Awards recognises and celebrates excellence within the greeting card industry. The sell-out awards event was hosted at London’s Dorchester Hotel and was attended by almost 400 people.
UK based greeting card publishers were tasked with nominating the retailers they felt were worthy winners in each category based on a variety of service-based factors.
It was fourth time lucky for Archway Cards came out on top in a very competitive Best Greeting Card Wholesalers category.
Director Chris Dyball described the award as: “We have been in the trade for nearly 40 years, so pleased to be recognised in this way, absolutely overjoyed!”
Amy Beeby, Head of Operations at Archway Cards added, “we are delighted to have won this award, we work very hard to deliver the best wholesale service that we can and this award feels like a real sense of recognition by the industry”.
Archway were amongst some formidable names within the industry including Tesco, WHSmith and Card Factory who each won awards in their respected categories.
