‘I’m A Celebrity’ star Amy Willerton will have a traditional Christmas at the family home, her mother said today.
Model Amy, 21, will spend the festive period with her loved ones in Bristol after enduring three tough weeks in the jungle.
Mum Sarah says she she can’t wait to see her daughter, who has been away from home for over a month.
She hasn’t seen Amy since Katie Price’s former protegee travelled to Russia to compete in Miss Universe before flying to OZ for the ITV show.
Sarah said: “She went away in such a hurry to Australia we never got the chance to see her. She was really hoping to win Miss Universe but when she didn’t it all moved so fast.
“She was back in the UK for one day and literally straight on a plane again. People think it was all planned but it was very last minute and suddenly she was whisked away.
“It has been about six weeks now since we last saw each other for a proper catch-up but she is coming home for Christmas and I’m looking forward to it.”
Amy has been in Australia with dad Bruce since the series finished last weekend, but has now posted a message on Facebook to say she is on her way home.
