Alan Partridge will be returning for a second online series of ‘Mid Morning Matters’ on fostersfunny.co.uk after the first six episodes drew over two million hits.
The first series, set in the North Norfolk Radio digital studio, featured the DJ getting excited about interviewing Anthea ‘The Body’ Turner and calling Billie Piper “the most popular prostitute on ITV.”
Fans can expect more of the same from the new episodes, with Partridge taking on the role of agony aunt and explaining the use of ‘lethal force’ to a young child.
Henry Normal, managing director of series producers Baby Cow, said: “It’s a testament to the continuing quality of Alan Partridge that we have reached two million hits in such a short space of time. This is such an exciting project with a great team behind it.”
The second series will be streamed on fostersfunny.co.uk from 4 February.
