Acorn estate agents this week celebrated with residents as they opened new London offices in Streatham.
The property firm offered glasses of champagne and free ‘Nuts About Stretham’ tote bags to passers by outside its new office on the High Street in the district in Lambeth, south London.
Acorns latest office in Streatham – one of the most vibrant enclaves of the capital – adds the firm’s growing reputation as one of the leading estate agents in London and Kent.
A spokesman said: ‘The launch proved immensely successful and provided the ideal opportunity for potential vendors and landlords to gain some expert advice on current market trends in a relaxed and informal setting.
‘A considerable number of valuations were booked over the course of the launch and Acorn hope that their friendly and professional approach will be remembered by all that attended.’
Acorns new office is set in an ideal location next to Streatham Hill Station, along one of the busiest high streets in South London. Streatham is also considered to have the longest high street in Europe and is home to an eclectic mix of over 400 businesses.
The spokesman added: ‘Centred in a picturesque borough of London, our Streatham office on the historic Streatham High Road has benefitted greatly from the Outer London Fund, through the redevelopment of public spaces, shops and open areas, making this an ideal place to find your perfect property.
‘Being at the heart of this redevelopment of new public spaces and facilities, our highly skilled and dedicated team at Streatham Acorn are fully committed to offering local residents reliable, friendly advice. We take our position as property advisors very seriously and enjoy being part of a committed community spirit.’
