Stunning Abbey Clancy has been voted football’s sexiest WAG.
The other half of Spurs and England striker Peter Crouch beat Christine Bleakley, current squeeze of midfielder Frank Lampard, to claim the title.
Coleen Rooney, who gave birth to husband Wayne’s son Kai in November, was third in the poll of 3,000 adults.
The top five was completed by Victoria Beckham and Alex Curran, wife of England skipper Steven Gerrard.
A spokesman for Gossard said: ”There is no denying it that Abbey Clancy is absolutely stunning.
”At five feet nine inches tall she is considerably shorter than her man but she has a slim toned figure and we’d love her to model our lingerie range.
”With the exception of Victoria Beckham all the WAGS in this poll were relatively unknown before they got together with their footballing partners and were suddenly thrusted in to the limelight. So there is a huge pressure on them to look good.
”One of the best things about the World Cup is seeing what the WAGS are up to. We all want to know who’s going and who’s staying home and most importantly what they’re wearing.”
Scouser Abbey, 24, shot to fame during the last World Cup in 2006 when her relationship with the lanky centre-forward became public.
Despite shunning the ‘WAG’ tag – former One Show presenter Christine Bleakley was runner-up.
The brunette started dating Chelsea and England star Lampard at the end of last year and although she is new on the WAG circuit the pair have been inseparable since.
Curvy Coleen has carved a reputable career in fashion for herself and regularly graces the covers of some of the most elite fashion magazines.
Stick thin Victoria Beckham has gone from Spice Girl to one of the most pictured women in the world due to her stylish frocks and sultry pout.
Steven Gerrard’s wife Alex was the third Liverpool lass to make it in the top five.
The peroxide blonde shopaholic will be staying in the UK during the World Cup and will only head out to South Africa if England make the semi-finals.
Super-fit Carly Cole was sixth in the poll followed by pregnant glamour model and former Big Brother contestant Danielle Lloyd, who dates Spurs’ Jamie O’Hara.
Despite only bagging a Crewe Alexandra player, topless model Nicola T just scrapped in to the poll in ninth position just behind ex-Emmerdale star and wife of Aussie player Harry Kewell, Sheree Murphy.
A spokesman for Gossard added: ”There is one notable absence in this poll but due to her impending divorce we felt Cheryl Cole was now devoid of her WAG status.
”I’m sure had she been in the poll she would have won hands down.”
Completing the top ten sexy list was Theo Walcott’s childhood sweetheart Melanie Slade who tends to shun the limelight in favour of her studies.
