A mum has revealed a funny photo of her laundry disaster after one of her kids put a set of CRAYONS — in with the white wash.
Lauren Hampshire, 34, was left with multicolored school shirts, babygrows and tights after a pack of 30 colouring crayons found their way into the washer tumble dryer.
She suspects they were snuck into the washing basket by one of her daughters –
Sophia, four, or Sienna, two.
Businesswoman Lauren from Maidstone said: “I still have no idea how the crayons got in there, although with a four year old and an almost two year old there are two definite suspects!
“Luckily it wasn’t a huge load of washing and there’s nothing completely irreplaceable so it could’ve been worse.
“It was mainly my youngest daughters baby grows and unfortunately my eldest daughter’s school polo shirts so I’ll have to buy more of those.”

Married Lauren, who owns breastfeeding t-shirt brand The Milky Tee Company, said: “The tumble dryer had been on for about an hour and I just happened to look over at it as I was sitting at the kitchen table which is just across from the washer/dryer.
“I noticed that it looked very dark, which was weird as it was a white wash.
“Then as I looked more closely I saw all the crayon wrappers and I realised what had happened.
“I turned the tumble dryer straight off but it took a while for the door to release so I was panicking a bit trying to work out which clothes were in there.
“As soon as I opened the door it was clear the whole lot was now multicoloured.
“They do look quite artistic so at first I thought I could still use some of the items and just make out it was some new design or pattern, but they felt all waxy so the only place for them was the bin.”
