A 37-year-old woman collapsed and died of a suspected heart attack midway though having her hair dyed.
Tanya Lloyd, 37, was discovered in her onesie by her partner, Kenny, on the floor at her home in Lincoln on December 21.
She had been dying her hair before preparing to visit her sister Megitta Lloyd when she is believed to have suffered a massive heart attack.
Yesterday (Tue) devastated Megitta, 30, paid tribute to her “bright and bubbly” older sister.
She said: “I received a call from Tanya’s partner to say he had found her on the floor of their home.
“She’s not been unwell other than a cold. I took her McDonalds on December 19.
“Tanya has been my rock and it was a great honour to be her sister.
“She was a bright and bubbly girl. The children really miss her too. She was an amazing person.”
Tanya had surgery nine years ago to rectify a valve leak in her heart, which had been a success, according to her sister.
Hairdressing student Megitta, who has two children, Gary, nine, and Elise, four, added:”Tanya helped me so much.
“She took the children to school and helped out as I study full time and also care for my mum.
“She’s always been happy to help and went out of her way to help people. We were very close.”
The the family is now finding it difficult to raise money to afford her funeral and have launched a Justgiving appeal.
Family donations has helped pay for the deposit but they still need just over £2,000 to pay for the funeral as well as a plot and a headstone.
Writing on the fund-raising page, Megitta added: “Thankyou everyone who has donated so far the stress you are taking of me and my sister will never be forgotten you are truely amazing people thankyou from the bottom of my heart xxxxx”
