Two-year-old Levi Brailsford was reportedly being driven by his grandmother when she heard him unbuckle the harness in his car seat. Friends say she was trying to pull over to re-fasten the buckle when the door opened and Levi toppled out. An air ambulance crew was scrambled to Stockwood, Bristol, and the toddler was rushed to nearby Frenchay Hospital – but died later from his injuries.
