Paul Harding, 42, a resident of Trecalgo View, Camelford, Cornwall, has been hailed a hero for driving into a house after a gas explosion, and saving a 68-year-old man who was inside.
02/09/2015 See SWNS story SWGAS: A 68-year-old man has miraculously survived after an explosion at his house in Cornwall blew out the walls sending debris flying into nearby homes and cars. The emergency services were called to the terraced house in Trecalgo View, Camelford, at 11.30pm last night after the explosion was heard across the town. The man has been named locally as Bob Moss. Devon and Cornwall Police said: One house had been badly damaged with the external walls blown out the internal walls badly weakened leaving the top floor and roof substantially unsupported.
