X Factor judge Dannii Minoque’s new fashion line, Project D, is proving a hit on the red carpet.
Victoria Beckham was the first celebrity to produce a collection to rival designer brands but now X Factor’s Dannii is hot on her heels – with Denise Van Outen, Christine Bleakley and Amanda Holden all being pictured wearing her dresses.
Christine Bleakley wore the same ‘Tinsel’ dress which Dannii wore on a recent X Factor results show to the Pride of Britain awards last week while Denise Van Outen wore a ‘Mistletoe’ design after her Legally Blonde stage debut last night.
Britain’s Got Talent Judge Amanda Holden has been snapped in Project D dresses twice in one month, wearing a £485 blue sequinned ‘Casino’ floor length gown to the Olympic Ball, and a navy silk version to the GQ Men Of The Year Awards.
And Elizabeth Hurley and Myleene Klass have both worn the £230 zebra print ‘Poker’ dress.
Dannii, who designed the collection with her friend Tabitha Somerset-Webb, said: “It is essential to have the right people seen in your clothes.
“That’s the culture we live in – people see things on their favourite celebrities and they want it for themselves.”
