Museveni is beginning his fourth term as leader of the east African nation having been the ruling force for 25 years.
But Ugandans are getting increasingly frustrated with the situation in their nation and the leader of the opposition Col. Kizza Besigye is set to return today after recovering from a beating by police, prompting fears of further trouble and violence.
The incredible photo was taken by Ugandan journalist Moses Ssemakula who looked on in shock following the bizarre attack.
Moses, 26, said: ”The situation is not that scary at the moment but it will be when the head of opposition returns.”
