A twisted ‘femme fatale’ who lured a university student to her home for sex before stabbing him in a brutal attack was jailed for 27 months today.
Emily Goode, 28, plunged a six-inch kitchen knife into Josh Nock’s back before telling police she was defending herself when he tried to rape her.
Raven-haired Goode took Mr Nock to her house in Brompton Drive, Brierley Hill, West Mids., after meeting him in a bar in October last year.
After the horrific attack Mr Nock managed to escape by climbing out of a window and scaled a fence and shed before calling police while dripping with blood.
But when officers arrived to take his statement they arrested him after Goode also called 999 and claimed she was the victim of a sexual assault.
Goode later admitted to detectives she had made up the rape allegation.
Yesterday she was jailed for a total of 27 months after she pleaded guilty to wounding and another charge of stabbing a police officer at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Sentencing her, Judge John Warner told Goode: “[Your barrister] on your behalf said the circumstances of this offence were unique.
“I can say, sitting here as I have done for many years, that they are unique in my experience as well.
“I won’t dwell on the circumstances that led up to the actual act of violence because that’s already been well set out.
“But the long and short of it are that there came a time when you stabbed this man twice in the back and that is obviously a very serious thing to do.
“Sometimes that sort of act can cause immense injury, albeit when that’s not intended.
“Fortunately his injuries were not as serious as they might have been.”
The court heard Goode met Mr Nock at Lloyds Bar in Stourbridge, West Mids., before luring him back to her home at 1.45am on October 20 last year.
Richard Franck, prosecuting, said: “She told him he was nice and invited him back to her place.
“She was in fact, very aggressive.
“He calmed her down and they got in a taxi and went back to her address.
“Things started to turn rather strange.
“They were sitting on the sofa and he said in his statement that she came on quite strongly.”
Mr Franck said that the pair got undressed and started to engage in sexual activities.
He added: “There was a knife on the table next to the sofa and she picked it up.
“She started running the blade up and down his chest and torso, softly at first.
“He said she said ‘It turns me on, trust me, I won’t hurt you.'”
Goode put the knife down for a short time before picking it back up again.
Mr Franck told the court: “She then inflicted a deep scratch on his front which he said did hurt.
“He then shouted at her that she was a psycho, but she begged him not to leave.
“Goode started to perform oral sex on Mr Nock before telling him to turn around and face the wall.
“She then stabbed him twice to the back through his shirt.”
Mr Nock managed to make a getaway and called police and an ambulance.
He was treated for two 2cm-deep knife wounds to his back and was given a tetanus injection and antibiotics.
When police arrived at 4.08am Goode said she had stabbed Mr Nock in self-defence, leading to Mr Nock being arrested on suspicion of rape.
It was only after she refused to co-operate with sexual assault investigators that Goode was arrested and Mr Nock was released.
Simon Rippon, defending, said Goode was having problems with drink and drugs at the time.
He said: “I have never seen an offence that included that kind of detail.
“Very plainly, she wasn’t thinking straight then and hasn’t been thinking straight for some time.”
The court also heard Goode almost slashed a male police officer’s finger off when she attacked him with a shard of porcelain following a disturbance on May 26 this year.
The officer suffered a severed tendon in one of his fingers.
So, she stabs a cop, stabs a guy she had sex with, created false rape charges and only gets slightly over 2 years in prison?
She needs more jail time! She’s mad!
Greetings to the editors.
“Raven-haired ‘femme fatal’”?
I wonder how this heading would read if the perpetrator were male. I suspect words like “psychopath” may be more in evidence.
just because the papers say this happened don’t mean it did, u should all ways hear both sides of the story, im sure this josh guy had more to do with it!
