A Peeping Tom who produced secret home-made films of his neighbour undressing along with a director’s commentary has been jailed for 18 months.
Vile Tony Osborne, 50, filmed the woman, in her 20s, five times through her partially closed venetian blinds.
He added a sexual commentary on each of the films describing what she was doing and making sordid remarks about her body.
Father-of-three Osborne made the disgusting films between March and October last year from his home in Market Harborough, Leics.
When cops raided his home after a tip-off from the woman they found the films and a collection of child pornography on his computer.
Officers also found notebooks detailing child porn websites along with naked pictures of a 15-year-old girl he knew on his mobile phone.
When arrested, Acton was found with 74 child porn images – five of them at the second most serious Level 4.
He admitted two counts of voyeurism when he appeared at Leicester Crown Court on Wednesday.
He also pleaded guilty to eight counts of possessing indecent images of children.
Jailing him for 18 months, Judge Simon Hammond told him: ”You must bear in mind the devastating effect on your neighbour.
”Any right-minded person would find the child pornography on your computer disgusting.
”It means somewhere in this country, or elsewhere, under-aged girls have been grossly sexually abused.”
Caroline Bray, prosecuting, said: ”The examination of his camcorder revealed he’d secretly been filming a neighbour.
”He recorded her through her window and partially closed Venetian blinds.
”She was using that room as a dressing room before or after taking a shower.
”She was in shock, had sleepless nights and is nervous when she goes out. Her partner was also angry and upset.”
The court heard Osborne made the films after becoming ”isolated” after the break-up of his 15-year marriage.
Osborne was placed on a sexual offences prevention order, enabling the police to check his computers, and banned from having unsupervised contact with children.
