Tributes were paid to this popular young woman after she was hit and killed by a car on a Scots motorway in thick fog. It is believed the care worker was hit by a vehicle between 4am and 5am as she walked home from a party in foggy conditions, but police reckon the driver may not have even realised they had hit Charlotte.
