Tottenham footballer Jermain Defoe is close to losing a home fixture – after putting his £3.75million mansion on the market.
England striker Jermain, 28, will sell the plush Hertfordshire pad, which comes complete with a fully-equipped gym, cinema and games room, to the highest bidder.
It also features a sauna, drawing and dining rooms, a study, an Italian Pedini-fitted kitchen, a double garage and landscaped gardens.
The mansion is situated in the village of Cuffley, Herts., which has been dubbed ‘Millionaire’s Row’ because of its collection of celebrity residents.

Star-studded neighbours include Defoe’s Spurs and England teammates Ledley King, 30, and David Bentley, 26, who is currently on loan at Birmingham City.
Fomer Tesco chief Sir Terry Leahy, 55, ex-Sugababe Keisha Buchanan, 26 and Myleene Klass, 32, also live locally.
Estate agents Statons, which is handling the sale, describe the lavish entrance as a ”magnificent galleried reception hall” with a ”central feature staircase”.
The home also comes equipped with ”in-house music and lighting systems”, a laundry room, breakfast room, a gated entrance and ample visitor parking.
Boasting 7,000sq ft living space the home was built in 2007 to a ”high specification” and is kept secure via ”remote controlled gated entrance” with ”high boundary wall”.
A fully-equipped games room, which has a pool table and table football table, comes complete with a life-size portrait of Jermain.
It is advertised by estate agents as ”ideal for both family living and entertainment”.
The news of the sale comes just weeks after it was reported Jermain plans to build a nightclub in the basement of an Essex mansion.
A planning application registered in his mum Sandra St Helen’s name include a cards room, underground swimming pool, a giant hot tub and even a hair salon.

The plan submitted to Epping Forest District Council also includes a five-a-side football pitch in the sumptuous sprawling gardens.
A spokeswoman insisted the star has no intention of living in the Chigwell mansion.
The striker, who has scored 15 times for England, is in contention to play for Spurs tonight in the second-leg of the Champions League tie against AC Milan.
Spurs go in to the match at White Hart Lane with a 1-0 lead over the Italian giants, hoping they won’t be following north London rivals Arsenal out of the competition after the Gunners defeat to Barcelona.
