Forty-Six Books, a new imprint of Asia writing from Make-Do Publishing, has appointed the London PR agency Palamedes PR.
The Mayfair-based agency, a UK market leader in book PR, will handle the promotion of key titles from the Hong Kong publisher’s 2015/16 catalogue.
The appointment, announced this week, was made on the basis of the agency’s reputation in the literary field.
“We are passionate about introducing outstanding Asian writers like Murong Xuecun and Rosmini Shaari to a UK readership and we sought a passionate PR agency that could support our goals,” said Harvey Thomlinson, Publisher of Forty-Six Books.
Anthony Harvison, a director of Palamedes PR, added: “Forty-Six Books is an exciting publishing house with some exciting titles, and we are very much looking forward to establishing a long and fruitful working relationship.”
