Cyber Security Federation Europe Will Enable Companies to Engage with Over 500 Cyber Security Vendors Anonymously.
Cyber Security Federation Europe launch Special Interest Network today connecting companies with over 500 cyber security vendors. The Special Interest Network will enable companies to openly discuss their current solutions and explore vendor’s solutions without exposing their company identity.
The Cyber Security Federation Europe Special Interest Network will act as a bridge between companies and cyber security vendors, facilitating virtual meetings and allowing companies to control the level of information they are willing to share with the vendors. This includes sharing RFP and Tenders through the Special Interest Network.
The Cyber Security Federation Europe Special Interest Network will encourage knowledge share within the network and will campaign for better education across business on the risks of poor cyber security.
“The individuals responsible for cyber security in business or the public sector have a responsibility to everyone that uses their systems. Often the current solution has known risks which the CTOs are working to eliminate. The Cyber Security Federation Europe enables them to openly talk about their current situation without exposing the existing risks to a wider audience. They can engage with the vendors and share sensitive information without having to engage with sales people, and of course, it will mean no more sales people chasing up for a sale!
The Special Interest Network has already been welcomed by the cyber security community with members from pan-European Managed Service Providers, UK Public Sector and a wide range of other industries” Said James Howell, Cyber Security Federation of Europe Founding Member.
“Having the ability to be completely open about our vulnerabilities with the view to find the best way to remove them will really help us make our users more secure.”
Cyber Security Federation of Europe Member Daniel Smith, Doogheno Limited.
